Section 01
Purpose
- The Company appoints the Trader to manage a company-sponsored funded trading account assigned through GT Capital, subject to this Agreement and the Company's policies.

Section 02
Responsibilities of the Company
- Assign a funded trading account (subject to availability).
- Provide trading guidelines and risk management rules.
- Review trading performance regularly.
- Distribute eligible profit shares according to this Agreement.
Section 03
Responsibilities of the Trader
- Follow all Company trading rules and the GT Capital risk framework.
- Trade only approved instruments and strategies.
- Protect the confidentiality of Company information.
- Submit trading records when requested.
Section 04
Risk Management Rules
- Maximum risk per trade: 0.5%.
- Maximum trades per day: 3.
- Minimum Risk-to-Reward Ratio: 1:2.
- No Martingale strategy. No averaging into losing positions.
- No revenge trading. Stop trading after two consecutive losing trades.
- Comply with any additional risk limits set by the Company.
Section 05
Profit Sharing
- Net profits from the sponsored funded account are distributed 70% to the Trader and 30% to Gold Traders.
- Payments are made on the agreed schedule, after applicable fees or deductions.
Section 06
Confidentiality
- The Trader keeps confidential all Company information, including trading strategies, risk systems, internal documents, trader information, and business plans.
- This obligation continues after the Agreement ends.
Section 07
Code of Conduct
- Act professionally. Maintain honesty and integrity. Avoid misconduct.
- Follow Company policies. Respect fellow team members.
Section 08
Suspension and Termination
- The Company may suspend or terminate the Agreement for rule violations, fraud, breach of confidentiality, or repeated risk violations.
- The Trader may also terminate the Agreement with written notice.
Section 09
Independent Relationship
- Nothing creates an employer-employee relationship unless separately agreed in writing. The Trader acts as an independent participant under this profit-sharing arrangement.
Section 10
Governing Law
- This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Gold Traders is registered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
