These terms govern your access to and use of the Gold Traders website and application process.
1. Education, technology and capital — not signals
Gold Traders sells structured education (Track 1) and technology access (GT Plus, GT Terminal). We do not sell trading signals. GT Capital funded accounts are sponsored directly by Gold Traders to certified traders — we do not solicit or accept outside client funds for trading.
2. Certification and GT Capital evaluation
Completing Track 1 does not guarantee certification, and certification does not guarantee GT Capital funding. Both are subject to internal evaluation, available capacity, and the criteria published on this website.
3. No investment advice
Nothing on this website constitutes investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Content is provided for educational purposes about the Gold Traders ecosystem only.
4. Trader Agreement
The relationship between a GT Capital trader and Gold Traders is governed exclusively by the written Trader Agreement signed by both parties.
5. Intellectual property
All content, marks, and materials on this website are the property of Gold Traders and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Gold Traders is registered.
