1. No solicitation of client funds
Gold Traders is a proprietary trading firm. We do not solicit or accept client funds. All funded accounts are provided by the firm to selected traders under the Trader Agreement.
2. Application process
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Selection is at the sole discretion of Gold Traders and is subject to internal evaluation and available funded capacity.
3. No investment advice
Nothing on this website constitutes investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Content is provided for informational purposes about the Gold Traders trading program only.
4. Trader Agreement
The relationship between a selected trader and Gold Traders is governed exclusively by the written Trader Agreement signed by both parties.
5. Intellectual property
All content, marks, and materials on this website are the property of Gold Traders and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Gold Traders is registered.
